working principle:
1: K1 and K2 are disconnected, input AC: 220V, and the system provides control power DC2. DC3 output
2: K1 is closed, K2 is disconnected, and the system automatically charges while providing power supply to output DC1
3 K1 closed, K2 closed system realizes automatic charging, while providing power supply for output DC1, DC2
