DP-S1006 is an AC power comprehensive analyzer that combines microcontroller technology with TFT color screen display to provide users with a convenient operating platform. It can measure three-phase voltage, current, power, power factor, cumulative electricity, and also perform harmonic analysis. Built in printer that can print measurement data at any time, making it convenient for users to save measurement data in real time. There are two measurement methods available: three item three line and three item four line.

2. Economic operation test items for electric motors

The instrument database stores YE2、YE3、YX2、Y、YR、J、J2、JR、JR2、JS、JS1、JS2、YX、YPZC、FX、FGX2、FO、JF03 Waiting for over 80 series and nearly 10000 motor parameters: model, rated power, rated voltage, rated current, rated efficiency, no-load current, no-load power, power factor. If there is no corresponding motor model in the database, it can be easily added, modified, and operated through the database module. (You can add and modify the motor models in the database and save them)

Economic operation test items for electric motors: input voltage, input current, power factor, input power, reactive power economic equivalent, load factor, and comprehensive efficiency.

Calculation of motor operating parameters: comprehensive power consumption, allowable comprehensive efficiency, and rated comprehensive efficiency.

Analysis of the operating condition of the tested motor: In the economic and non economic operating zones, the capacitance for on-site compensation and the annual energy savings after compensation are automatically calculated.

If the tested motor operates in a non economic operating area, calculate the on-site compensation capacitance and the annual energy savings A after compensation (calculated based on an annual operating time of 3600 hours).
