The MetPrep 1TM grinding/polishing machine is recommended for manual sample preparation or for polishing fragile samples using handheld tools. All operations can be digitally controlled, including running/stopping, grinding disc speed, grinding disc rotation direction, and coolant flow rate. Its sturdy structure and separated grinding disc spindle can effectively eliminate vibration. The precision grinding disc ensures a vertical running deviation of less than 5 microns, making it suitable for polishing with polishing film. Regardless of clockwise or counterclockwise direction, the grinding disc speed can be smoothly adjusted within the range of 5-350, consistently maintaining a low torque speed. The electronic solenoid activates the coolant and easily achieves flow control with a control valve.
