ALW single-stage single suction horizontal centrifugal pump series

The ALW horizontal single-stage single suction centrifugal pump is an improved design based on our company's IS series vertical centrifugal pump, and its performance parameters are equivalent to those of the IS series pump. And strictly follow the international standard ISO2858 and the national pipeline centrifugal pump standard JB/T6878-2006 for design and manufacturing. The hydraulic model of the horizontal centrifugal pump, with suitable materials and more stable overall performance, is an updated generation product of IS and ISG pumps.
The flow range of the water pump is 1.5~1200m3/H, and the head range of the water pump is 8~150m. There are various specifications including basic type, expansion type, A, B, C cutting type, etc. Design and manufacture ALWR type hot water pump, ALWH type chemical pump, ALWY type oil pump, and ALWHY type horizontal explosion-proof chemical pump series products with the same performance parameters according to different fluid media and temperatures.

1. The working pressure of the ALW horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump system is ≤ 1.6Mpa, which means that the suction inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6Mpa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5Mpa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6Mpa, it should be separately stated when ordering, so that the overcurrent and connection parts of the pump can be made of cast steel materials during manufacturing.
2. ALW type horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump has an ambient temperature of less than 40 ℃ and a relative humidity of less than 95%.
3. The solid particle volume content in the medium conveyed by ALW type horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2mm.
Note: If the medium used is with small particles, please indicate it when ordering so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.

1. ALW horizontal clear water pump is used for conveying clear water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. It is suitable for industrial urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire protection pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment matching. The operating temperature is T ≤ 80 ℃.
2. ALWR horizontal hot water pump is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, hotels, restaurants and other boiler hot water pressurized circulation transportation and urban heating systems. The ALWR type uses a temperature T ≤ 120 ℃.
3. ALWH horizontal chemical pump is used for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food and pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers. The operating temperature ranges from -20 ℃ to+120 ℃.
4. ALWY horizontal pipeline oil pump is used to transport oil products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, or flammable and explosive liquids. The temperature of the transported medium is -20 ℃~+120 ℃.
