The XBD-ALG series vertical single-stage single suction fire pump is used to transport clean water without solid particles and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. Mainly used for boosting water supply in fire protection systems, and can also be used for water supply and drainage in factories and mines. The flow rate range for conveying liquids is 5-100L/S, the pressure range is 0.3-1.6Mpa, the matching power range is 7.5-250KW, and the caliber range is Φ 50-Φ 250mm.

The XBD-ALG series vertical single-stage single suction fire pump adopts CFD computational fluid dynamics to analyze and calculate the relationship between pressure distribution and velocity distribution inside the pump, optimize the flow channel design of the pump, ensure that the pump has an efficient hydraulic profile, and improve the efficiency of the pump.

Easy installation and maintenance

The XBD-ALG series vertical single-stage single suction fire pump has a vertical pipeline structure, and the inlet and outlet of the pump can be installed at any position and direction of the pipeline like a valve, making installation and maintenance extremely convenient

Stainless steel sleeve

The mechanical seal position of the XBD-ALG series single-stage single suction fire pump shaft is relatively susceptible to corrosion. Once the shaft of a direct coupled pump is corroded, it is easy to cause the failure of the mechanical seal. The pump is equipped with a stainless steel sleeve to prevent rusting, improve shaft life, and reduce operating and maintenance costs

bearing

In the motor of the XBD-ALG series single-stage single suction fire pump, the shaft extension end bearing below Y (Y2) 280 (including the fan blade end bearing below Y180) adopts a closed bearing. During normal use, maintenance of the motor bearing is not required

mechanical seal

The mechanical seal base of the XBD-ALG series single-stage single suction fire pump generally uses a rubber corrugated pipe structure. The traditional mechanical seal on the shaft is changed from an O-ring line seal to a two face seal of rubber parts, which improves the sealing effect
