Experimental steps:

1. Plug in the power supply (AC220V, 3A);

2. Turn on the power switch

3. Set the required number of experiments on the counter

STOP：stop key

CLR：Reset key to reset the value to zero

SET：Set key, transition from normal state to modified state, modify test times, and finally confirm and return to normal state.

Press the ↑↓ keys again to change the counting method, where O is positive and 1 is negative

Press the ← → key again to enter the set number of times to modify, and move to the corresponding position that needs to be modified

Use the ↑↓ keys to increase or decrease, set the required number of tests, and then pressSETPress the key to exit the modification state. After setting, pressRUNThe key starts the test, and the instrument automatically stops after completing the set number of movements. If you need to stop halfway, pressSTOPThe key. Press againRUNContinue testing with the key. Before conducting the next test, the following steps should be takenCLRPress the key to reset the record to zero.

1. The number of experiments reaches the set value, and the machine stops

2. Repeat the test for the next product or turn off the power

At the end of the test, record the test results

If any abnormalities are found during the testing process, please stop the machine in a timely manner and disconnect the power supply if necessary. During the testing process, users are not allowed to leave their posts without authorization

Maintenance matters

1. The instrument must be placed on a stable ground before use,

2. It is not allowed to move the machine during use;

3. Choose the corresponding power supply voltage, do not exceed it to avoid burning out the components;

4. In case of any abnormality in the instrument, please contact our office for timely handling;

5. The machine must have a good ventilation environment during operation.

6. Due to the high operating load, please add lubricating oil to the mechanical components of the button machine in a timely manner;

7. After each experiment, clean the machine and keep it clean;

8. The control box should be wiped with a dry cloth, not a damp cloth. After wiping, spray some rust proof oil
