Acid purifier: also known as acid distiller, high-purity acid extraction system, acid purification system, sub boiling distiller, high-purity acid distillation purifier. In routine laboratory analysis, various acids and reagents are widely used in daily sample processing and analysis. However, what troubles many consumers is the purity of the acid and reagents. Many laboratories often experience deviations and errors in analysis results due to the poor purity of the acid. Commercially available ultra pure acids are often difficult to meet the high demand for acid in daily analysis due to their high price. Therefore, purifying and optimizing the quality of acid is the most economically feasible approach.

Acid purifierIt uses the principle of thermal radiation to maintain the liquid temperature below the boiling point temperature for evaporation, and then condenses its acid vapor to prepare high-purity water and high-purity reagents, which are widely used in sample processing and analysis. The CH high-purity acid distillation system uses Teflon corrosion-resistant and non absorbent plastic containers, which can handle commonly used laboratory acids such as HNO3, HCL, HF, etc. Experimental results have shown that after one distillation of an acid with a metal impurity content of about 10 PPB, the metal impurity content can be reduced to around 0.01 PPB. If higher acid requirements are needed, the purification frequency can be increased.
