Daily management and maintenance of purification and clean rooms
Cleanrooms are mainly used in areas such as electronics, circuit boards, and food that require high cleanliness locally. So, what is the service life of a cleanroom, and how can we extend its service life? This is something many users long to know. For different cleanroom users, there is no unified answer. In fact, the service life of a cleanroom is mainly related to regular maintenance, and there is no specific time value. Generally, with well maintained user service, the cleanroom can be used for 5-8 years and the effect can meet normal requirements. In the air conditioning system of a clean room, as the operating time of high-efficiency filters, medium efficiency filters, and treatment efficiency filters increases, the amount of dust adsorbed on the filters gradually increases, causing an increase in pressure loss and a decrease in air volume. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly replace and clean the primary filter.
3. Handling and education of personnel entering the room. As the first factor that may affect cleanliness is dust generated by humans, workers entering the cleanroom must be in good mental and physical health, and it is necessary to provide them with sufficient education to enhance their sense of responsibility when working in the cleanroom. More importantly, it is important to deepen the operators' substantive understanding of the cleanroom itself.
4. Handling of clean work clothes. As mentioned earlier, it is necessary to wear clean work clothes when entering the clean room. From a dust-free perspective, most of them are full set clean work clothes made of polyester fibers. However, as the usage time prolongs, the dust emission of this complete set of clean clothes will also increase, so regular cleaning is necessary.
