1. Structure of Clean Room

1.2 The interior of the clean workspace often uses self leveling epoxy resin flooring with good hardness, impact resistance, strong adhesion, low dust generation, and resistance to hot water and acid-base corrosion to improve cleanliness and make the appearance flat and bright.
1.3 The clean workspace adopts non-contact induction faucets and hand disinfectors to avoid contact contamination and better comply with GMP hygiene requirements.

2. Purification of cleanroom
2.1 Adopting a new three-stage air filtration system, namely: three-stage fresh air filtration (coarse, medium, and sub high efficiency filtration); Intermediate filtration; End to end higher education filtering. To make the airflow organization more scientific and reasonable (which can increase the lifespan of surface coolers, medium efficiency filters, and high-efficiency filters by about 10 times), the screw fixing of the medium efficiency filter bag in the purification air conditioning system (which is not easy to disassemble) will be changed to a spring type fixing, making it convenient for management personnel to regularly disassemble and replace the high-efficiency air filter.
2.2 The high cleanliness level of the space can only be limited to the surrounding area of the equipment. Local purification technology is used to reduce the load of clean air conditioning by utilizing laminar flow, dust collection, dehumidification and other facilities, achieving the purpose of cleanliness.
