In areas where only the measurement of water volume in agricultural irrigation wells is required, a relatively simple "water volume measurement" mode can be adopted, which involves selecting appropriate types of water measurement instruments and construction plans based on the site conditions, installing online water measurement facilities on agricultural irrigation wells, and ensuring data reporting to the provincial platform. When adopting the "water quantity measurement" mode, in principle, the county-level water administrative department should introduce third-party measurement service enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "service enterprises") with relevant service capabilities through public recruitment and signing of long-term service contracts to be responsible for the construction and management of the agricultural irrigation well measurement system within its jurisdiction. Service enterprises should use their own funds to carry out the construction of the measurement facility system, and as the property owner of the measurement facility, be responsible for the operation and maintenance management of the measurement facility during the service period stipulated in the contract. The county-level water administrative department shall, in accordance with the contract agreement, gradually pay the service fee in installments during the contract period based on the quality of measurement data services provided by the service enterprise. The annual service fee payment standard and payment method shall be determined on the basis of comprehensive consideration of factors such as one-time construction investment, annual operation and maintenance costs, equipment depreciation period, reasonable financial costs and profits of the service enterprise.


Technical scheme for controlling underground water resources through electricity conversion

At the measurement and control site, based on specific circumstances, in order to meet measurement requirements and minimize the impact on farmers, pipeline modifications and alterations should be avoided as much as possible. If necessary, modifications should be made by extending the water well vertically upwards without adding bends to meet the measurement requirements of the measuring equipment and achieve accurate measurement. This project is mainly divided into three categories based on the site environment:

It is an electric water conversion underground water resource control device, and the principle of water measurement is based on electric water conversion calculation. It can accurately calculate water consumption based on the electricity consumption of the well.

  • The underground water resource control device for agricultural machinery wells adopts an integrated design, including an electricity collection module, a 4G transmission module, a display module, and a machine well start stop control module.
