Ultrasonic mud concentration meter
This product is widely used in concentration measurement scenarios in multiple fields. In the field of water treatment, it can be used for measuring sludge concentration in return sludge, primary sedimentation tanks, secondary sedimentation tanks, concentration tanks, and sludge dewatering processes in water and sewage treatment plants; In the field of industrial production, it can be applied to coal washing plants, mines, paper mills, and power plants to achieve concentration measurement of slurry, coal slurry, mortar, and pulp, respectively.
Its measurement results support flexible switching between two units of sludge concentration percentage (%) and grams per liter (g/L), meeting different application needs on site. The sensor is made of all stainless steel material, which has strong corrosion resistance and excellent anti adhesion characteristics, ensuring long-term stable operation. The equipment is equipped with an ultra wide LCD display screen, with clear and intuitive readings. Supporting multi-point calibration function, users can perform fast and easy calibration operations on site to ensure accurate and reliable measurement results. The standard 4mA~20mA current signal output has a linear correspondence with the measured concentration, which facilitates system integration. Users can freely set the triggering threshold of four solid-state relays to achieve automatic control.
Ultrasonic mud concentration meter
The measurement principle of an ultrasonic concentration meter is that the sensor emits a high-frequency ultrasonic pulse to the measured liquid. When the sound wave passes through a medium containing suspended particles, some of the energy is scattered and absorbed by the particles, resulting in a decrease in the signal strength received at the receiving end.There is a definite mathematical relationship between the degree of attenuation and the concentration of suspended solids. The instrument accurately measures the attenuation of ultrasonic waves and calculates the concentration value of sludge directly based on a preset mathematical model. This measurement method brings several significant technical features: firstly, it realizes real-time online monitoring without the need for manual sampling and testing; Secondly, it belongs to non-contact measurement, which will not damage the process and is safer than the radiation method; Thirdly, the measurement results are usually not easily affected by factors such as the color of the medium and small temperature changes.
