The oxygen in the sample gas undergoes a chemical reaction on the sensitive electrode, producing a current signal proportional to its concentration. The output current signal is linear in all measurements and remains constant throughout the entire normal service life cycle. Sensors manufactured by other competitors are difficult to compare with.
