Blow the sampling system with non hazardous low oxygen content gas (such as high-purity nitrogen). During normal operation, it is required that the gas flowing into the sensor test head be 500cc/min (1.0SCFH) at atmospheric pressure. Before installation, please familiarize yourself with the steps of O2X1 programming and calibration (see page 2-6). Then, adjust the 4-20mA analog output and set the range of oxygen measurement to 0-25% O2.3. Open the sealed box (see Figure 3 on page 1) and remove the oxygen sensor. To maintain the energy of the oxygen sensor, immediately remove the red patch and proceed to the next step.4. Adjust the sensor so that its gold electrode aligns with the elastic contact pins on the base of the transmitter (see Figure 4 on page 1). Press the sensor tightly onto the O2X1 transmitter with your hand.5. At this point, perform air calibration on the new sensor (see page 5). Proper sensor calibration within the 0-25% oxygen range will result in a 17.4mA current output from the transmitter's 4-20mA analog output.6. Wrap the calibrated sensor inside the test head of the transmitter with a rolling nut, adjust the position of the transmitter (with the button facing outward), and tighten the rolling nut by hand.7. The analog output reading should start to decrease and reach a lower oxygen content at equilibrium. At this point, reset the required range. (Trace Oxygen Analyzer)8. Power supply for O2X1. After about 15 seconds of initialization, the three LED indicators of O2X1 will light up briefly at the same time. In order to improve the measurement accuracy of PPM sensors, range calibration can now be performed.
