Anti corrosion truck scale

Cement weighing scales, also known as steel-concrete weighing scales, are constructed with steel structures and concrete platforms. The difference from all steel weighing scales lies in the structure of the weighing body. The weighing platform of all steel weighing scales is made entirely of steel. The instruments, junction boxes, printers, and sensors used are generally consistent, with similar working principles and lightning protection facilities. The construction of the foundation of the weighing platform is the same, and there is no essential difference in functionality. Most of the weighing platforms adopt modular design.

1. Lightning protection: Thunderstorm weather often causes steel structure truck scales to be struck by lightning, resulting in unnecessary damage to electronic components. However, concrete scales are non-conductive, which can reduce the possibility of damage to sensors, weighing displays, and junction boxes caused by lightning strikes for customers.

2. Strong corrosion resistance: Concrete can resist chemical corrosion, especially suitable for places where chemical erosion occurs, especially in humid coastal areas.

3. Rust prevention and maintenance free: Concrete is moisture resistant and oxidation resistant. Unlike steel scales, concrete scales do not rust and do not require annual painting and maintenance.

4. Long service life: The concrete material has high strength, good rigidity, wear resistance, pressure resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and has a longer service life than the all steel structure weighing platform.

5. Good quality stability: self weight, no warping, accurate positioning (small swing), no deformation, good accuracy stability.

6. International trend: Cement electronic weighing scales are more common abroad.

7. Cheap price, good value for money.
