Quantitative loading truck scale

This product is an automatic weighing control system designed specifically for the quantitative loading (unloading) of weighing scales, ensuring safety and stability. Has the following characteristics:

1. Specially designed for liquid quantitative loading/unloading, the valve automatically closes and stops loading/unloading when the set target value is reached.

2. Can be compatible with all weighing instruments on the market.

3. During the operation of the equipment, the opening and closing of pumps and valves can be manually controlled to achieve manual operation.

4. LED Chinese display. External LED Chinese display screen can display the status of the feeding process in real time, such as current percentage progress, remaining quantity, alarm signals, etc., making the operation more intuitive and friendly.

5. One click pause/resume. By using the cabinet button or external button box, it is convenient to pause the feeding process with one click. After adjustment, the feeding process can be resumed with one click, making the feeding process operation more convenient.

6. Power outage interruption and restoration. In the process of material feeding in the system, if there is a power outage, you can choose whether to continue the material feeding task of the current vehicle after receiving a call.

7. Data management. The system saves operational data for each loading/unloading task, such as serial number, vehicle number, time, target quantity, actual completion quantity, status, etc. It can store at least 32000 records and can be saved cyclically for up to 10 years.

8. Fault alarm and automatic cut-off. When any abnormal signal is generated during system operation (such as a malfunction in the truck scale instrument, overflow detection input, loss of external backup signal, or pump valve closing timeout), the feeding switch will be automatically turned off and an audible and visual alarm will be activated.
