The minimum biological range of the Applikon ZC3MB0250C MiniBio laboratory bioreactor is a true reduction of traditional laboratory bioreactors, which means you can achieve high-throughput bioreactor cultivation without sacrificing experimental quality. All building materials are non-toxic and chemically inert. MiniBio is a cost-effective solution that can be customized to meet the needs of any laboratory. All system components require minimal footprint, but MiniBio can also be fully expanded to larger laboratory reactors. The miniature biological system provides a working volume as small as 50 milliliters, fully instrumentation, and fully controlled container. Mechanical coupling stirrers allow for stirring up to 2000 revolutions per minute in even viscous media or high-density cultures.
The head plate includes pH value, DO sensor, diaphragm, foam and liquid level sensor, covering layer, chemostat, thermocouple of temperature sensor, ejector aeration (L Spor or porous distributor), multiple liquid inlets, sample tube and ports of exhaust condenser.
Easily process your data through my intuitive control controller. My control has six control loops (pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen, foam, liquid level and speed). A single interface can control up to 32 parallel controllers. Users can configure microbial and cell culture applications. The control parameters include batching, feeding batching, infusion, and continuous cultivation. Even if the process conditions change, PID control will automatically adjust and adapt to your experimental parameters. Choose to operate through a web browser, iPod, iPhone or iPad, Android or Windows system. Users have the freedom to configure - connect any actuator to any sensor input and create a new control loop. The software runs within each controller, so if you lose connection to the PC, the process will not be interrupted.
Each MiniBio bundle comes with Bioxport Lite software for data collection, which is compatible with Windows 7, Vista, or XP operating systems
