For over 35 years, TSI automatic filter material testers have been widely used in quality control and manufacturing. 8130A automatic filter material is used by leading filter and filter material manufacturers, testing laboratories, and government agencies around the world for its proven performance, durability, and reliability.

The 8150 model has been improved and upgraded based on the 8130A model, optimized for demanding online production testing applications, providing faster measurement speed and shorter cycle time for you to complete high testing tasks.

It has two photometers for synchronous testing - one upstream and one downstream of the filter - eliminating uncertainty caused by changes in aerosol concentration. The 8150 also adopts an innovative aerosol delivery concept, reducing the number of valves and improving normal operating time. For particularly narrow spaces, the photometer box can be separated from the basic unit or two units can be stacked. The 8150 is operated through a PLC driven interface and includes a comprehensive internal diagnostic system, giving you confidence in the measurement results of filter efficiency.
