Product Description: How to Translate
According to the Particle Measurement Program (PMP), calculating the number of particles emitted by an engine is valuable in engine emission research and is a key component of engine type certification. The TSI Engine Exhaust Condensation Particle Counter (EECPC) model 3790A is designed specifically for these needs and meets the requirements of UN ECE R83. It is a valuable tool for any customer who needs to measure particles in engine exhaust.
Details
The engine exhaust condensed core particle counter 3790A (EECPC) meets all the requirements of PMP for Euro 5 and Euro 6 regulations. This instrument is built on the proven TSI second-generation alcohol based condensed core particle counter technology, providing users with robust, reliable, and highly reproducible performance indicators. The engine exhaust condensation nucleus particle counter 3790A adopts new improvements, such as anti overflow design, condensate discharge system, removable saturator, USB communication interface, etc. 3790A has a detection limit lower limit with a particle size greater than 20nm, thus meeting the PMP regulation's requirement to eliminate volatile and semi volatile nanoparticle components formed by the nucleation of gaseous compounds.
TSIThe company's 379020A rotary disc diluter and 379030 hot air conditioner can be connected to EECPC to eliminate nanoparticles formed by the condensation of volatile components in engine exhaust emissions, as proposed in the GRPE/PMP regulation draft.
Product application:
Emission testing of gasoline and diesel engines
Product features and advantages:
Meet the lower particle size detection limit of PMP and provide counting efficiencies of D10, D25, D50, and D90
Excellent linear response with a linear correlation coefficient greater than 0.95 for particle concentrations ranging from 1 to 10000 particles per cubic centimeter
Compared to traceable standards, counting accuracy can vary within ± 10%
Single particle counting under full flow conditions
Calibration fully complies with PMP specification requirements
Reaching 0.1 particles per cubic centimeter, readability
Internal pulse amplitude display shows measurement quality
10 HzModal analysis of data rate
