QG-120 adopts fully automatic feed and fully automatic exit, without the need for personnel supervision, which is labor-saving, safe, and ensures quality. According to the special properties of the workpiece, this machine adopts a second-class processing mode (i.e. the workpiece remains stationary and the cutting wheel moves) for linear feed cutting processing; The other type (i.e. workpiece moving, cutting wheel stationary) is used for linear feed cutting processing, which includes a cooling mechanism. There is an alarm installed above the top cover for cutting completion and machine malfunction alarm, and a fan for discharging water vapor in the working room, keeping the room clear and not foggy.
