Automatic sampling system for reaction kettleThe design utilizes vacuum negative pressure to extract the medium inside the tank, and nitrogen is used to blow back excess medium. This allows for safe, enclosed, reliable, and pollution-free sampling of corrosive or toxic media, and the reaction kettle does not need to terminate the reaction during the sampling process. Stainless steel or steel lined PTFE/PFA can be selected according to the different sampling media and working conditions of the customer, which can be suitable for solvent media with strong permeability.

1. The sampler uses a vacuum generator as the suction power source, which can be widely used in flammable, explosive and other environments

2. The sampler design adopts a clean level design, with no residue between the pipeline and valve, product batch switching, and sampling interval, making it easy to clean

4. For sampling of highly corrosive materials, Hastelloy alloy inner tubes, PTFE power pumps, PTFE lined valve fittings can be used to meet online sampling in highly corrosive environments

5. The nitrogen blowback interface can be connected to high-pressure gas to clear the pipeline when it is blocked, and to clean the pipeline and system with cleaning solution during cleaning.

Product operation steps

1. Place the equipment near the reactor and ensure its stability.

2. Turn on the vacuum pump to reduce the pressure inside the sampler, thereby attracting the sample from the reaction vessel into the sampler.

3. Turn off the vacuum pump, collect the sample and send it to the laboratory for analysis. The operation time of the equipment is short, the sampling efficiency is high, and it can effectively ensure the representativeness and accuracy of the samples.
