Automatic water softening equipment

Regarding the location selection of water softening equipment: The water softener must be placed on a solid horizontal ground, preferably at a short distance from the drainage ditch, and must be at least 3 meters away from heat sources such as boilers. It is absolutely forbidden to approach acidic liquids or gases. If other water treatment equipment (filters, deaerators) need to be added, a position should be reserved. A water softener generally consists of five cyclic steps: backwashing, salt absorption (regeneration), slow flushing (replacement), and fast flushing. All processes of different automatic water softening equipment are very similar, but there may be some additional processes due to differences in actual processes or control needs. Any softened water equipment based on sodium ion exchange is developed on the basis of these five processes.
