Installation method of automobile laboratory floor: The automobile laboratory floor is generally installed by connecting the foundation with anchor bolts. A steel spring vibration isolation system is placed under the foundation. If foundation construction cannot be carried out, air springs can be directly placed under the iron floor for installation and adjustment. The powertrain test bench is generally composed of multiple splices and an air spring isolation system is placed under the iron floor. The bottom plate is required to be connected using high-strength bolts and positioning devices, with no gaps at the connection points. After the installation of multiple iron floor connections, the surface flatness is consistent, and there are high requirements for the height difference between the bottom plates.

1. The processing workshop should be kept clean to prevent a large amount of dust from entering, and the humidity in the workshop should be reduced. The warehouse should be dehumidified in summer, and attention should be paid to rust caused by low-temperature frost in winter.
