4、 Operation method

1. First, connect the machine to the "ground wire", then turn on the power supply (220V). Turn the laminating machine switch to the "off" position, set the foot switch to the "empty" position, and the power indicator light will turn on.

2. Pull the "temperature control switch" and the red light will turn on. Adjust the number on the temperature control meter to 035 first. After about 20 minutes of preheating, the temperature of the heating rod gradually increases. When the temperature reaches the surface temperature of 35 degrees, the temperature controller will automatically turn off, stop preheating and heating, and the red light will go out. After resetting the temperature controller number to 045 for 10 minutes, the machine will enter automatic temperature control mode and can perform film coating work normally.

3. In summer, the working environment temperature is high, and the temperature of the film covered hot rod rises too quickly, causing the temperature controller to act too quickly. Simply reset according to point 2.

4. When the thermostat enters automatic temperature control, observe the ammeter reading: the 220V machine ammeter reading is 4A; when the ammeter reading is 0, it indicates that heating has stopped.

5. The foot switch is used to control the on/off of the board when laminating. If continuous laminating is required for a long time, the laminating machine switch can be turned to the manual position.

6. This machine is equipped with an anti leakage automatic switch to prevent short circuits from causing fires and protect the safety of operators. The switch action should be checked once a month.
