1Main purpose and function

1)GB/T 31467.2-2015 "Lithium ion power battery packs and systems for electric vehicles - Part 2: Test procedures for high-energy applications", 7.3 No load capacity loss (stored at 40 ℃ ambient temperature for a total of 37 days);

2)GB/T 31467.2-2015 "Lithium ion power battery packs and systems for electric vehicles - Part 2: Test procedures for high-energy applications", section 7.4 Capacity loss during storage (30 days at 45 ℃ ambient temperature);

3)Storage (28 days at a temperature of 45 ℃± 2 ℃) in section 6.3.12 of GB/T 31486-2015 "Requirements and Test Methods for Electrical Performance of Power Batteries for Electric Vehicles".

The laboratory follows the following standards:

1) GB/T2423.2-2008Environmental testing for electrical and electronic products - Part 2: Test methods - Test B: High temperature

2Goods configuration and technical parameters

2.1Internal effective volume: 16 cubic meters

2.2Inner box size: W (width) 4000mm × D (depth) 2000mm × H (height) 2000mm

2.3Temperature regulation range: normal temperature~+60 ℃

2.4 Temperature deviation: ≤± 2 ℃ (with 1000kg metal material load, excluding the area within 0.5m from the inner wall of the box)

2.5 Temperature fluctuation: ≤ 2 ℃ (with 1000kg metal material load)

2.6 Heating time: From 20 ℃ to 60 ℃, the average temperature throughout the process is 3 ℃/min, with non-linear adjustability

2.7 Humidity monitoring: only monitors and displays humidity without control

2.8Configure 4 aging vehicles with double-layer batteries for testing, using wheels with brake function (4 wheels per vehicle, including 2 universal wheels). The aging vehicle size is 1800mm long x 950mm wide, with a floor height of 700mm. Each layer can bear a maximum load of 500kg, and each support surface is covered with PTFE tape.
