The energy matching type biochemical filter is a specially designed filter that matches the energy distribution of each wavelength with the halogen lamp+silicon photoelectric system, so that the output photoelectric signal of the system tends to be balanced. We use plasma assisted deposition (PIAD) and ion beam assisted deposition (IAD) processes to manufacture these filters, ensuring stable spectral performance and long service life of the filters. A cutoff background above OD6 can enable the system to achieve a good signal-to-noise ratio.
All filters are enclosed in a black anodized aluminum shell with markings on the shell, with arrow marks representing the direction of light transmission inside the filter.
