Huibo Optics (Shenyang Instrument Science Research Institute Co., Ltd.) is a subsidiary of Shenyang Instrument Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. It is a national level research institute founded in 1961, affiliated with China Machinery Industry Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "State Machinery Group"). State Machinery Group was established in January 1997 and is an important state-owned backbone enterprise directly managed by the central government. It is also a Fortune 500 enterprise. Huibo Optics, formerly known as the Optical Thin Film Technology Base of Shenyang Institute of Instrumentation and Technology (Shenyang Institute of Technology) under the former Ministry of Machinery, has been engaged in research on optical thin film technology for more than 50 years. Over the years, it has undertaken more than 30 national scientific research projects, formulated multiple national and industry standards, and trained a group of skilled optical thin film professionals, laying a solid foundation for the technological innovation and development of the enterprise. After more than 50 years of construction and development, it has become the main research and production base for interference filters and optical reflectors in China. Huibo Optics specializes in the research of optical coating technology and the development and production of optical thin film products. I have accumulated profound experience in the design and manufacturing technology of interference filters and optical reflectors. We have developed more than ten series and over 1000 specifications of filter and reflector products, which have passed the ISO9001-2008 quality management system certification. Among them, the main products such as ultraviolet visible near-infrared narrowband interference filters, biochemical filters, fluorescent optical filters, gradient density filters, spherical and non spherical reflectors, etc. occupy a large share of the domestic market. The products are exported to more than 40 countries and regions including the United States, Germany, Japan, France, Italy, India, Israel, Brazil, and Southeast Asia. Huibo Optics has two professional ultra clean optical coating production lines, namely precision interference filters and precision optical reflectors. There are currently more than 20 types of optical coating machines and a modern optical testing laboratory. There are multiple large precision optical testing instruments, including PE Lambda900, Varian Cary300, Cary6000i, and Cary7000, which can detect spectral characteristics from far ultraviolet (as short as 200nm) to mid infrared (as long as 50 μ m). In addition, the National Instrument and Meter Component Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center is affiliated with our institute, providing strong technical support and guarantee for the detection of physical and environmental characteristics of products.
