The host is a double column (300kN and below) or four column (500kN and above) frame structure. The crossbeam adopts a hydraulic lifting, hydraulic clamping, and elastic release structure to ensure the stability and reliability of the test. At the same time, it ensures that the crossbeam remains locked in place in non test states. The crossbeam has a three-dimensional and beautiful appearance. The crossbeam lifting oil cylinder is placed on both sides of the testing machine, with a beautiful appearance and reliable quality. The outer surface of the column is treated with electroplated hard chrome to further improve the aesthetic appearance and enhance the anti-corrosion ability. The clamping oil cylinder adopts a modular design, and the sealing element adopts imported products from Parker Corporation in the United States to ensure the long-term reliable operation of the testing machine. A servo linear actuator independently developed and designed, with built-in LVDT displacement sensor, external servo module consisting of servo valve, precision oil filter with an accuracy of no more than 3u produced by Wenzhou Liming (imported from Germany's Hedec technology), and inlet and outlet oil accumulator with pulse suppression and energy storage functions (Fenghua Orel).

According to customer testing requirements, the host structure can provide two types of host structures: actuator top mounted and actuator bottom mounted.

The actuator is placed on a flat surface on the crossbeam, and the workbench is floor standing. A welded frame can also be configured at the bottom of the workbench as needed, with a large testing space suitable for conducting dynamic and static performance tests and fatigue tests on materials and large-sized components.
