1. Main interface: Open the software to enter the main interface

D1、D2 ， Display the diameter of the measured indentation.

Convert the ruler to display the conversion value of the measurement result. Click on the conversion ruler to select the ruler to be converted.

Test force, pressure head parameters, and display the calculation scale selected by the user.

Measurement results display the hardness values measured.

Camera, fixed image, switch button for real-time image measurement and fixed image.

Automatic measurement: By using automatic measurement, fixed images can be fixed and pressure marks can be automatically measured on the fixed images,

Camera Settings

Under normal circumstances, camera parameters only need to be set during the first use after software installation. Afterwards, the system will automatically save the parameter settings.

Camera settings:In the settings bar of the extension function, click the camera settings button, and the settings dialog box provided by the camera driver will pop up.

Image enlargement and reduction: The displayed image area can be enlarged and reduced.

Manual measurement:

1) Rectangular measurement, first move the mouse to the diagonal of a rectangle covering the indentation, use horizontal and vertical reference lines to help locate, hold down and drag to another diagonal;

2）Three point circle measurement, select and manually click on any three points on the indentation, and then manually draw a circle along the edge of the indentation.

3）Two point circle measurement, select and manually click on two points on the indentation (two points are on the same diameter), and then manually draw a circle along the edge of the indentation.

4）Regional measurement, when there are multiple indentations on the interface, the system will randomly measure the indentations. This function is mainly used to specify the indentation hardness required for measurement.

New sample: Click on the new sample to edit the workpiece number of the sample.

Hardness value fine-tuning function

If the measured hardness value does not match the indentation, fine adjustments can be made in the direction of the mismatch, either increasing or decreasing it.

After the measurement is completed, the main interface will display a reduced indentation area, and the list of measured indentations will appear below the indentation image area

Introduction to other function keys:

Hardness calibration, on this interface, the measured hardness value of the standard hardness block can be calibrated.

Indentation calibration: The list on the left is the ruler, so the list marked in blue is the currently selected ruler. The user first measures the original indentation of the standard hardness block on the measurement interface. If there is a difference with the actual value, they can select the corresponding ruler in the image calibration, fill in the standard hardness in the table, calculate the coefficient and calibrate it, and then close and exit.

Scale calibration: Use automatic measurement to measure the hardness value of the indentation, and use a reading microscope to read the physical diameter of the measured indentation. Fill in the read data in the table, click on the calculation coefficient, and calibrate it.

Database: In this interface, all records of previously measured hardness can be viewed.

You can search by time or by the number of a certain workpiece. The records found will appear in the following list. Click on export records to display all the records in this listEXCELTable export.

The functions of reading and storing images will not be further introduced. The collected indentation images can be saved to a designated location on the computer, or displayed in the interface indentation display area.

Report: The hardness result list displayed below the indentation can be compiledWORDExport document format.

Parameter Settings:On this interface, the software can be set according to the user's own needs.

Hardness conversion: refers to selecting the measuring scale for measurement.

Number of decimal places: Users can specify the number of decimal places displayed for the measured indentation hardness value.

Hardness range: The hardness value range of the measured material can be specified.

Report settings: You can set the header of the report here.

Language setting: can switch between Chinese and English.
