The HB-3000-I Brinell Hardness Tester is an upgraded version of the traditional HB-3000, mainly designed to greatly enhance the reliability and stability of the original machine, improve testing efficiency, and can be widely used in industries such as metrology, mechanical manufacturing, metallurgy, and building materials for testing, scientific research, and production.
HB-3000-I Brinell Hardness Tester
Product Introduction
1. The body of the product is molded in one go using casting technology and has undergone a long period of aging treatment. Compared to the splicing process, long-term use results in less deformation and can effectively adapt to various harsh environments;
2. Car paint, with high paint quality and strong scratch resistance, remains shiny and new even after years of use;
3. Adopting a mechanical directional switch for external machine tools, reliable and durable, with high testing efficiency;
4. The use of high-quality electromagnetic starters is mainly suitable for circuits with AC 50Hz (or 60Hz), rated working voltage up to 380V, and rated working current up to 100A. It is used to control three-phase squirrel cage induction motors, enabling them to start, stop, and operate in both forward and reverse directions directly;
5. The use of a starter with a thermal overload relay can provide protection against motor overload or phase failure;
6. Using the Brinell hardness measurement principle, Brinell hardness measurement can be carried out, suitable for materials such as untempered steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and softer bearing alloys. It has the characteristics of high testing accuracy, wide measurement range, automatic loading of test force, automatic holding timing, and automatic unloading;
7. This machine has overheat, overcurrent, and leakage protection, which not only protects the motor but also ensures the safety of the operator;
8. Screw pitch P=12mm, with fast lifting speed during testing;
9. The test force holding time can be selected from 12/30/60, which is simple and reliable.
Scope of application
1. Measure the Brinell hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and bearing alloy materials;
2. Hard alloy, carburizing steel, quenched steel, surface quenched steel, hard cast steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, malleable castings, soft steel, quenched and tempered steel, annealed steel, bearing steel, etc.
