1、 Product Introduction:

The SECP type local control box produced by our company is an electrical equipment used at the end of the low-voltage power supply system to achieve on-site motor (or valve actuator, etc.) start stop control, start stop operation function display, voltage and current display, and switch function conversion (local and remote operation). It is mainly composed of wires, components (including buttons, indicator lights, ammeters, voltmeters, multifunctional switches, etc.), and boxes. The on-site control boxes produced by our company comply with international CCC standards and have obtained EU CE certification and Russian CUTR certification. Mainly used in extremely cold regions, such as power, chemical, metallurgical, petrochemical and other places where on-site control of motors is required.

The on-site control box structure is divided into two types according to installation methods: standing and wall mounted. The main structure consists of a box shell, panels, mounting brackets, guide rails, mounting plates, panel components, wiring terminals, and other components. Users can set one or more sets of buttons, indicator lights, ammeters, voltmeters, multifunctional switches, etc. on the panel according to the functions that need to be implemented on site. Lighting distribution boxes can be divided into stainless steel boxes, FRP materials, etc. according to the material of the box body. When the on-site control box is placed outdoors, a rain cover and sealing strips that meet environmental requirements should be installed to be suitable for outdoor use. When used in the Russian region, low-temperature resistant glands, sealing gaskets, and heaters of certain power should be equipped to ensure that the internal electrical components are in working condition. Our company has completed the integration in a complete set, and customers can use it with confidence.

The local control box can be equipped with breathing valves, heaters, and internal and external grounding devices as required.

The lighting distribution boxes and outer surfaces used in the petrochemical industry have undergone acid washing, thermal phosphating, electrostatic spraying, and high-temperature curing treatment, and are coated with outdoor powder with good adhesion.
