CG-50 series liquid flowmeterIt is manufactured based on the principle of Coriolis force. Under the action of driving current, by applying a certain vibration frequency to the measuring tube, the magnetic field force and Coriolis force inside the tube will cause corresponding vibrations in the two measuring tubes (as shown in Figure 1-1). When the fluid is diverted to two parallel measuring tubes through the inlet flange splitter, the measuring tubes will undergo slight bending (phase difference) due to the Coriolis force, and the degree of bending of the pipeline is only related to the mass flow rate of the fluid flowing through it. By detecting the degree of curvature of the pipe wall, we can directly measure the mass flow rate.

Instructions for use

1. A liquid flowmeter is an instrument developed based on Faraday's electromagnetic induction principle for measuring the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids. Before using the pressure sensor, perform a performance test on the flow meter. Measure the voltage of the transparent water pipe on the street with a high-sensitivity digital multimeter, using a water column to increase the sitting pressure.

2. Any fluid that can transmit sound can use a liquid flowmeter; With the continuous improvement of flow measurement requirements in industrial development, the position of products in industrial measurement has been partially replaced by advanced, high-precision, and convenient flow meters.

3. The float can freely rise and fall inside the cone tube. Under the action of flow velocity and buoyancy, it moves up and down and balances with the weight of the float, and is transmitted through magnetic coupling to indicate the flow rate on the dial.
