Product Details

The CLSG type vertical atmospheric pressure active grate biomass hot water boiler is a multi-purpose vertical fixed grate hot water boiler. The main material of the boiler is selected from high-quality carbon steel plates specifically designed for boilers, and is strictly produced, manufactured, and inspected in accordance with JB/T7985-95 "General Technical Conditions for Atmospheric Pressure Boilers" and related standards. The boiler adopts a shell structure as a whole, consisting of a shell head, a furnace liner, a furnace liner top, a lower sealing ring, a soaring tube, and a transverse water pipe. A transverse tension brace is specially designed to enhance the strength of the furnace body; The combustion chamber is arranged inside the furnace chamber, and the fuel is burned on a fixed grate. The high-temperature flue gas generated by the fuel is washed horizontally into the tube and then discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney and chimney.

Product Features
1. Control system: The boiler adopts an intelligent microcomputer control system, which uses continuously variable speed automatic control to control the feeding speed, ensuring stable and rapid temperature rise. The controller has functions such as temperature setting, cycle control, time setting, and fault alarm.
2. Efficient and energy-saving: This boiler has two combustion processes, one is the combustion of coal gasification fuel itself, and the other is the gasification and combustion process of combustible mixed gas produced by the fuel in a closed and high-temperature state. The reasonable design structure of the boiler ensures a smooth, sufficient, and safe gasification process of the fuel, and adopts reverse gasification combustion for safe combustion. Energy saving devices can also be selected to achieve a thermal efficiency of over 80% and exhaust gas temperature below 160 degrees.

All the above models of boilers are used under normal pressure, and an expansion water tank must be installed during installation. The atmospheric connection port of the boiler must be connected to the expansion water tank.
