[Purpose]
Test whether various zippers can withstand the specified number of reciprocating pulling operations under the action of horizontal and vertical tension.
Compliant with standards: CNS-1083, QB/T2171~2173
During the experiment, the machine drives the zipper slider at a constant speed, making 30 reciprocating movements per minute until the specified number of times is reached. The condition of the test sample is checked to determine the product performance.

Operating instructions
1. Prepare the test piece:

Preparation for the experiment:
1. Set the governor switch to the lowest position
2. Turn on the power switch and adjust the speed regulator to an appropriate speed of 30 times per minute.
3. According to the set number of items, the entire machine is in a testing state after reaching the specified number of times

The testing equipment consists of a set of fixtures, a reciprocating transmission system, and a display system.

Test range: Zipper specifications within 3.5m m-12mm
The test fixture has a horizontal width of 25mm and a vertical width of 10mm, with a clamping surface tooth profile angle of 60 ° and a pitch of 1.5mm
Testing methods and steps
Take a zipper sample with a length of 250 mm or more, and wipe the front and back surfaces twice with paraffin wax.
Check the testing machine, keep the pull tab fixture at the lower limit, clamp the zipper on the five fixed points, and pull the tab

testing procedure
First, roughly fix the tail end (bottom end) of the zipper onto the fixing point A (pull tab inward)
Fix the pull tab onto the pull tab fixture
Fix the front end (top end) of the zipper at points D and E:
Release the fixing point A, pull up the end of the zipper so that the fixing pin falls in the middle of the balance plate hole, and then clamp point A (at this point, visually inspect points D and E on the same horizontal line)
Release the horizontal clamping blocks B and C, and insert the cloth strips on both sides of the zipper tape into the B and C fixtures for clamping. The distance between the clamping mouth and the tooth foot is about
5 nun, At this point, the five fixed points have been fixed;
Set the zipper to the upper limit, release the zipper clamp, and visually inspect whether the zipper remains straight. If it does not meet the requirements, readjust until all clamping is completed;
Zippers of different specifications should be loaded horizontally and vertically according to the specified requirements (see Table 5)



5. After the test is completed, turn off the power and remove the test product. After rubbing, clean the machine
