Overview
The CRS451/456 self recording water level and temperature gauge is designed based on the CSI CS451/456 water level sensor and can measure both water level and hydrological parameters simultaneously. Compared to CS451-456, they are equipped with 4MB of memory and internal clock inside the stainless steel cylinder, which can directly store measurement data without the need for an external data collector. They can work independently with built-in lithium batteries and can be deployed in various outdoor environments such as wells, ditches, ponds, streams, lakes, ports, etc. for long-term measurement.

The CRS451/456 self recording water level and temperature gauge is designed based on the CSI CS451/456 water level sensor and can measure both water level and hydrological parameters simultaneously. Compared to CS451-456, they are equipped with 4MB of memory and internal clock inside the stainless steel cylinder, which can directly store measurement data without the need for an external data collector. They can work independently with built-in lithium batteries and can be deployed in various outdoor environments such as wells, ditches, ponds, streams, lakes, ports, etc. for long-term measurement.
CRS451/456 supports time-based standard scanning/recording mode, Delta mode based on water level changes, and logarithmic time series mode for water pump and micro water tests. It is equipped with a micro USB interface, which can directly connect to a computer to export measurement data. By using HydroSci software, functions such as testing/setup, data retrieval, and data display can be achieved.
The cylinder of CRS451 is made of 316L stainless steel, which provides solid protection for the sensor equipment inside the cylinder, while CRS456 uses a more sturdy and corrosion-resistant titanium alloy cylinder, which can be used in harsh environments such as saltwater.
