The CWDR series fully automatic hot water boiler adopts an intelligent digital boiler computer controller, which has boiler outlet water temperature control, four time period timed operation, boiler water replenishment control, outlet and return water temperature detection, secondary return water electric control valve control, etc. Fault detection includes complete protection functions such as water shortage protection, overtemperature protection, furnace shell overtemperature protection, pressure protection, etc., ensuring safe and stable operation of the boiler.

One click start stop: an intelligent digital boiler controller that uses dynamic graphics to display the boiler's operating status, fully automatically adjusts the heating water outlet temperature and bath hot water temperature, loads and unloads the heating tube group step by step, balances the electrical load and protects the heating elements, extending their service life.
2. The working status is clear at a glance, with automatic control functions such as digital temperature display, temperature control, over temperature, and antifreeze protection. The water temperature can be set arbitrarily within the range of 5 ℃ -90 ℃, and the hot water pump or solenoid valve can be controlled to work automatically, providing heating to the heating system or hot water to users.
3. Adopting low surface heat load electric heating tubes, the outer sleeve is seamless stainless steel tube, and is connected to the furnace body with flanges for easy disassembly and maintenance. The heating element is electric heating wire filled with high-purity magnesium oxide powder, with a long service life; Reduce the adhesion of scale on the surface of electric heating tubes.
4. The boiler control cabinet and furnace body are designed in a separate manner to avoid heating of electrical components.
