Overview

The boiler body is strictly produced, manufactured, and inspected in accordance with JB/T7985-95 "General Technical Conditions for Atmospheric Pressure Boilers" and related standards. The high-quality boiler is equipped with multiple safety protections (combustion, overheating, ultra-low water level, shutdown, shutdown, program start protection, etc.), and the gas is equipped with low pressure and leakage alarms. Advanced intelligent control technology enables remote operation monitoring and fault diagnosis. Multiple boilers can be designed for centralized control.

Product Details

The fully automatic fuel and gas hot water boiler is a combustion tube boiler with a lower burner. Fuel gas and oil are sprayed and atomized by a burner and then burned under slight positive pressure in a vertical straight furnace chamber. High temperature flue gas rushes upward along the furnace chamber to wash the heating surface of the smoke pipe, and after convective heat exchange, it reaches the upper smoke box and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. The boiler is equipped with imported burners and fully automated program control, with a high degree of automation, which can achieve the best combustion effect for the boiler. This furnace model is equipped with original imported burners, fully simulated and controlled by a computer. The heating surface and flue gas flow have been fully optimized, resulting in a more compact structure and easier installation and maintenance. Adopting advanced centrifugal glass wool multi-layer insulation, with minimal heat loss; Imported colored steel plate packaging, with a beautiful appearance. It can provide heating and domestic hot water for hotels, schools, bathhouses, and other enterprises and institutions.

Performance characteristics:
1. The time setting function enables the boiler to start and stop within the set time.
2. Overheating protection: When the water temperature inside the boiler exceeds the limit, the burner will be automatically prohibited from working and an alarm will be triggered.
3. Secondary overheat protection: When the temperature of the boiler shell exceeds 105 ℃, the secondary circuit will be automatically cut off, and it will reset automatically after normal operation.
4. Real time monitoring of water level: Boiler low water level cuts off the burner for protection.
5. Users can set the boiler's water supply temperature according to their load requirements to reduce operating costs.
6. The inlet/outlet temperature display function makes it more convenient to monitor the operation status of the boiler and system.

The boiler body adopts a three pass design, with extremely high thermal efficiency, and is widely used for heating and hot water supply users.

The combustion system adopts Italian imported combustion engines, equipped with flameout protection, water shortage protection, and ultra-high temperature protection, providing comprehensive safety protection.
The control system adopts an intelligent computer controller, which has automatic control functions such as water replenishment, combustion, and circulation control, and is easy to operate. The water temperature control is equipped with automatic control functions such as digital temperature display, temperature control, and over temperature protection. Users can freely set the water temperature between 30 ℃ and 90 ℃ to ensure energy efficiency.
Equipped with time control function, the on/off time can be set arbitrarily according to user needs, and faults can be automatically recorded for easy maintenance.
