The camera module "CamOcr" is an option for the Caliber program. Caliber is software for automatic calibration of measuring instruments. Using a camera scanning module to perform fully automatic calibration of digital instruments without the need for a computer connection. During the calibration process, the program operates similarly to connecting to a computer. The images scanned by the camera are digitized and converted into digital information. The program is determined to display seven segments. Conduct a set of measurements at each checkpoint, then perform statistical evaluation and indicate measurement deviations and uncertainties. This solution helps reduce calibration workload, improve measurement repeatability and objectivity. This system completely eliminates the influence of operators on uncertainty calibration.
