The single-phase cost control meter (hereinafter referred to as the "energy meter") is a product manufactured using advanced ultra-low power large-scale integrated circuit technology and SMT process. The key components are selected from international brand long-life devices, which improves the reliability and lifespan of the product. Equipped with LCD display and RS485 communication function. This meter has significant advantages such as high measurement accuracy, good stability, strong overload capacity, and high reliability.

Latent movement: When the electric energy meter applies 115% of the reference voltage and there is no current in the current circuit, the test output of the electric energy meter should not generate more than one pulse within 10 times the time when the electric energy meter generates one pulse under the reference voltage and starting current.
Power consumption:
Voltage circuit: Under reference voltage, reference temperature, and reference frequency, the active power and apparent power consumption of the voltage circuit of the electric energy meter should not exceed 1W and 8VA; Under communication conditions, it should not exceed 3W and 12VA.

3、 Main functions of campus rail type dual circuit cost controlled energy meter
1) Measurement function
Capable of measuring active electrical energy.
2) Communication function (optional)
1. It has an infrared communication interface and an RS485 communication interface, and the physical layers of the communication interfaces are independent of each other. Damage to one communication channel does not affect other channels.
2. The electric energy meter can transmit data to handheld terminals, data collectors, detection devices, computers, etc. through communication interfaces. The communication protocol complies with the DL/T645-2007 standard format.
3. RS485 communication transmission rate is 2400bps. The RS485 communication interface and the internal circuit of the energy meter achieve electrical isolation and have a fail safe circuit. The communication interface has passed electrical performance and anti-interference tests and meets the requirements of DL/T 614-2007.
3) Prepaid function (optional)
The energy meter can be recharged with electricity through the main station system. When the remaining electricity level is higher than the alarm level by 1, the energy meter will close, otherwise it will close. The alarm power level can be set to 1 value.
4) Remote brake function (optional)
The electric energy meter can be remotely tripped through the main station system control.
5) Automatic timing function (adjustable)
The electric energy meter can be set with 7 built-in sets of timed power supply functions within 24 hours per week.
6) Overload opening function (can be set)
The energy meter can set the maximum control load parameter, and when the operating power of the energy meter is set to a threshold, the energy meter will automatically trip.
7) Malignant load setting
Malignant load: It is a major feature of this meter. Malignant load is identified using a combination of power and power factors, which can distinguish between a 200 watt fast heating and a 200 watt computer. A 200 watt fast heating can cause a power outage, while a 200 watt computer can function normally,
Malignant load settings can be divided into three groups, each with a power interval and a power factor interval
Power factor: The more resistive the load, the higher the power factor. Simply put, the more heat an appliance generates, the higher the power factor.
Reference: Fast Heat Power Factor 0.97, Computer 0.70
Each set of values represents a malignant load tripping within the interval range
For example, first set the malignant load power to 100-300 and the power factor to 0.96-0.99
So using a 200 watt computer won't cause a power outage, while a 200 watt computer that heats up quickly will cause a power outage
8) Port output
1. The electric energy meter has the function of outputting light pulses and electric pulses proportional to the measured electrical energy.
The characteristics of the optical pulse test output device comply with the requirements of GB/T17215.211-2006.
3. The electrical pulse test output is an optically isolated passive output with a pulse width of 80ms ± 20ms, and the characteristics of the output device comply with the requirements of GB/T15284-2002.
