1Product Introduction:
The fineness of environmentally friendly cement is determined by negative pressure screening analysis Cement fineness detection instrument, using motor-driven negative pressure, has the advantages of simple structure, easy operation, and reduced energy consumption.

2、 Technical parameters:
★ Sieve analysis test fineness: 80um (optional 45um negative pressure sieve)
★ Screening and analysis self-control time: 2 minutes
★ Adjustable working negative pressure: 4000-6000pa
★ Working voltage: 220V
★ Jet nozzle speed: 30 ± 2rpm
★ Power supply: AC220V
★ Whole machine power: 900w
★ Dimensions: 500x300x780mm
★ Net weight: 30kg
3、 Experimental steps:
★ Before the sieve analysis test, adjust the digital display time relay to set it at 120s, then put the negative pressure sieve on the sieve base, cover the sieve cover, turn on the power, adjust the negative pressure to within -4000~-6000pa, and then turn off the machine.
Weigh 25g of the sample, place it in a clean negative pressure sieve, cover it with the sieve cover, restart the instrument, and continuously screen and analyze. During this period, if any sample adheres to the sieve cover, gently tap the sieve cover to make the sample fall. When the sieve and analyze for 120 seconds, the instrument will automatically stop.
After screening, weigh the residue with a balance.
Calculation of Test Results for Cement Negative Pressure Sieve Analyzer
The percentage of cement sample residue is calculated according to the following formula:
F=
In the formula: F - cement sample sieve residue percentage (%)
Ms - mass of cement residue (g)
M - Mass of cement sample (g)
The calculation result is accurate to 0.1%
6、 Attention:
1. Regularly pour out the cement from the dust collection bottle.
2. If the negative pressure cannot be reached after a period of usePlease clean the dust bag in the vacuum cleaner when the standard is required (-4000~-6000 Pa).
3. The vacuum cleaner should not work continuously for more than 15 minutes, otherwise it is prone to overheating and burning out.
4. The cleaning test sieve of the cement fineness negative pressure sieve analyzer must be kept clean regularly, and the sieve holes must be unobstructed. If the sieve holes are blocked by cement and affect the sieve residue, they can be soaked in weak acid, gently brushed with a brush, rinsed with fresh water, and dried.
5. In order to make the experimental results comparable, the correction of the residual results should be made using the experimental sieve correction method to correct the calculation results in section 7.1. The determination of the correction coefficient shall be carried out in accordance with Appendix B (Supplementary).
6. When there is a dispute between the results obtained by negative pressure screening method and water screening method or manual dry screening method, the negative pressure screening method shall prevail. Appendix A Manual Dry Sieve Test Operation Method (Supplementary) A1 Weigh 50g of cement sample and pour it into a dry sieve that meets the requirements of GB3350.7. A2 uses one hand to hold the sieve and shake it back and forth, while gently tapping with the other hand. The tapping speed is about 120 times per minute, rotating 60 ° in the same direction every 40 times to evenly distribute the sample on the sieve until the amount of sample passing through per minute does not exceed 0.05g. A3 Weigh the residue from the sieve and calculate the test results according to section 7.1.
