Centralized chip conveyor

Centralized chip dischargers are widely used in CNC machine tools and automatic production lines, but are not suitable for long chips larger than 100MM and ductile iron used in piston ring machining. They are also important chip dischargers for separating ferromagnetic material chips in coolant, water, and machining machine tool coolant treatment systems. The advantages are obvious when dealing with chips from casting balls, iron filings, and machine tool debris.
When the chip conveyor of the centralized chip conveyor is running, the motor is transmitted to the hollow drive shaft through a chain, and then drives the moving blade combination and the fixed blade combination embedded in the front end cover to form shearing. The machine tool is equipped with a dedicated dust collector with a high-power high negative pressure fan, which sucks the sheared chips into the dust collector to ensure that there is no chip accumulation in the cutting area of the machine tool.
The centralized chip removal line utilizes vacuum suction to improve work efficiency, especially suitable for mass production, which can enhance product quality. There is a chip collection groove below the turning position of the blank workpiece, which can collect the chips after turning. The bottom of the chip collection groove of the magnetic chip remover is equipped with a through hole, which is connected to the inlet duct of the vacuum cleaner and can eliminate the chips generated during the cutting process. Due to the installation of chip collection grooves and vacuum cleaners under the workpiece being turned, chips can be completely discharged. Additionally, the installation of ultrasonic vibrators reduces the volume and density of chips, making them easier to be sucked out
The centralized chip removal line can achieve unified conveying and processing of chips in the machining workshop. Generally, the entire system is placed in a trench to make the workshop clean and beautiful, with no scattered chips on the ground. The centralized chip removal line can choose between chain plate chip removal machine and scraper chip removal machine according to the chip form. Scraper chip conveyor is also divided into two types: roller conveyor chain scraper chip conveyor and die forging detachable chain scraper chip conveyor.
The centralized chip conveyor is composed of three parts: a reducer, a spiral body, and a housing. The reducer drives the spiral body to rotate, generating relative motion with the housing to push the chips out along the axial direction of the housing.
The centralized chip conveyor has a compact structure, occupies less space, is easy to install and use, has fewer transmission links, and has an extremely low failure rate. This device is particularly suitable for machine tools with narrow chip removal spaces and other chip removal types that are difficult to install. In addition, by combining with other types of chip removal, the function of only removing chips along the horizontal axis can be changed to achieve changes in the direction and height of chip removal.
