Chain plate organic fertilizer turner is widely used in organic fertilizer plants, compound fertilizer plants, sludge and garbage dumps, horticultural fields, and mushroom planting fields for fermentation, composting, and water removal operations. The machine is divided into two units: the flipping unit and the tank changing unit. The organic fertilizer flipping unit is mainly responsible for moving and flipping back and forth in the fermentation tank, while the tank changing unit is responsible for moving back and forth between the flipping unit and each fermentation tank.

Attention: When using the trough type chain plate organic fertilizer flipping machine, the following points should be noted:

1. After the equipment is installed and powered on, 3 kilograms of lubricating grease needs to be added to the bearing seat.

2. After 72 hours of operation, the equipment needs to replenish lubricating grease into the bearing seat.

3. When stopping the machine, wait for the internal materials to be discharged before stopping.

4. In case of sudden power outage, if there are still residual materials inside the machine, manually move the triangular belt to clear the materials.

5. If the discharge of crushed material is too large, please open the screws on both sides of the organic fertilizer turning and throwing machine, and observe whether the blade has worn into a circular arc. If it has worn into a circular arc, you can remove the pin and drop the blade to continue using. If the wear is very serious, please replace it with a new blade.
