Overview:

The instrument adopts the principle of chemiluminescence detection. After the test sample (or standard sample) is introduced into the high-temperature cracking furnace, at a high temperature of around 1000 ℃, the sample is vaporized and undergoes oxidative cracking, where the nitrogen compounds are quantitatively converted into nitric oxide (NO). The reaction gas is carried by the carrier gas, and after passing through a membrane dryer to remove its moisture, it enters the reaction chamber. The metastable nitric oxide reacts with O3 gas from the ozone generator in the reaction chamber, converting into excited NO2 *. When the excited state of NO2 * transitions to the ground state, photons are emitted, and the light signal is detected and received by a photomultiplier tube at a specific wavelength. After amplification by a microcurrent amplifier and computer data processing, it can be converted into an electrical signal proportional to the intensity of light. Under certain conditions, the intensity of chemiluminescence in the reaction is proportional to the amount of nitric oxide produced, and the amount of nitric oxide is proportional to the total nitrogen content in the sample. Therefore, the total nitrogen content in the sample can be determined by measuring the intensity of chemiluminescence.

Overview:
The instrument adopts the principle of microcoulometry titration (electric quantity method). The sample is injected into the titration cell, and the unsaturated hydrocarbons of the sample undergo an addition reaction with bromine in the electrolyte. By calculating the amount of electricity consumed by generating bromine, the bromine valence and bromine index of the sample can be calculated according to Faraday's law of electrolysis.
