According to the HG/T 2160-91 standard for water cooling simulation test, the thermal resistance R0 of the cleaning tube is calculated
R0 = PI*D*L*3600/（4186.8*G）*((T-ti)/(to-ti)-0.5)
In the formula: R0- thermal resistance of the cleaning tube, D - inner diameter of the test tube, G - cooling water flow rate, T, steam temperature
Ti - cooling water inlet temperature, to - cooling water outlet temperature, 4186.8- heat capacity of water
The effective heat transfer length of the L-test tube is 3600, which is a value converted from hours to seconds.
By using the same method to calculate the instantaneous thermal resistance Rs, the instantaneous fouling thermal resistance Rsi can be obtained by the following equation:
