Principle and composition of circulating water meter

The circulating water meter consists of one integrated hot water meter (consisting of a signaling hot water meter and an electric ball valve), one ordinary signaling hot water meter, and a circuit board. It can be simply decomposed into the following schematic diagram: the paired inlet signaling water meter completes the cumulative signaling of the inlet water, and the paired outlet signaling water meter completes the cumulative signaling of the outlet water. The signals of the two are sent to the calculator to complete the collection of the cumulative water volume Qin at the inlet and Qout at the outlet. The difference between the two, Quse=Qin Qout, is the water consumption of the indoor water system. The user writes the recharge amount Qsave into the calculator through the RF card, and the remaining amount in the meter is Qleave=Qsave Quse. When the remaining amount in the meter is 0 The valve will close

In this circulating water meter, the inlet water meter and the outlet water meter are strictly matched at the factory to ensure consistent errors. When replacing them, they must be replaced at the same time.

1. Our company's RF card circulating water meter has an accuracy level of B and complies with the industry standard CJ128-2000 Hot Water Meter and JJG114-2001 Hot Water Meter Calibration Regulations

The RF card used shall comply with the ISO7816 Standard, which has anti decoding and copying functions, the Technical Specifications for Financial Card Application of the People's Bank of China and the Management Requirements for IC Card Application Technology of the Ministry of Construction; And reserved a card function for water, electricity, and gas meters.

Composition of circulating water meter system

The circulating water meter system mainly consists of three parts: water sales terminal, RF card, and RF card circulating hot water meter.

1. Water sales terminal: composed of a computer, printer, card reader, and "water sales management system" software, using relational database ACCESS to manage and maintain large-scale network databases. Mainly realize the management of user account opening, water sales, transfer, card replacement, water refund and other operational processes, as well as functions such as file management, water sales management, statistical summary, system maintenance, etc

2. The RF card completes the data transmission between the water sales terminal and the circulating water meter.

3. RF card circulating hot water meter part: realizes functions such as water consumption measurement, valve control, card reading and writing.
