Product Details

The airflow inside the cleanroom is an important factor affecting the performance of the cleanroom. Generally, the airflow velocity in the cleanroom is selected between 0.25~0.5m/s. This airflow velocity belongs to the gentle wind area and is easily disturbed and tends to be chaotic by the actions of people, machines, etc. Although increasing the wind speed can suppress the impact of this disturbance and maintain cleanliness, the increase in wind speed will affect the increase of operating costs. Therefore, it is necessary to supply at the most appropriate wind speed while meeting the required cleanliness level, in order to achieve an appropriate wind speed supply and achieve economic effect.

On the other hand, in order to achieve stable cleanliness in a clean room, maintaining a uniform airflow is also an important factor. If a uniform airflow cannot be maintained, it indicates that the wind speed is different, especially on the wall, where the airflow will cause vortex effects along the wall. In this case, achieving high cleanliness is actually very difficult.

To maintain a uniform airflow in the vertical laminar flow direction, it is necessary to: (a) ensure that there is no difference in wind speed on the blowing surface; (b) The wind speed on the suction surface of the floor return air plate should not have any speed difference. Vortex phenomena occur when the speed is too low or too high (0.2m/s, 0.7m/s), while at a speed of 0.5m/s, the airflow is more uniform. Generally, in clean rooms, the wind speed is set between 0.25-0.5m/s.

There are many factors that affect the airflow in a clean room. What are the specific ones? Let's take a look at the four main factors that affect the airflow in clean rooms (cleanrooms, purification rooms) together.

The cleanliness of a cleanroom is often affected by airflow, and the influencing factors include the following:

1. A clean room is a simple clean room that can be quickly assembled, and has the advantages of fast installation, short construction period, low cost, and easy mobility. Controlling the main production processes in a smaller environment is also the best choice for clean room design.

2. Some airflow diversion points on the surface of the operating table or production equipment in a general clean room should be located two-thirds of the distance between the clean room space and the partition board. The airflow can flow from the inside of the process area to the work area, making it easy to remove fine dust; If the diversion points are distributed in front of the process area.

3. Eddy current often occurs at the junction, and the cleanliness near the clean workbench is relatively poor. Drilling a return air hole on the workbench in the clean room can minimize the eddy current phenomenon; Whether the selection of assembly materials is appropriate or not, and whether the layout of the equipment is complete, will all become important factors in whether the airflow will become a vortex phenomenon.

4. The dust-free fan sucks in air from the top of the FFU, passes through the primary filter and high-efficiency filter, and the filtered clean air is uniformly sent out to the greenhouse at a wind speed of 0.45m/s ± 20% on the entire air outlet surface.

As can be seen from the above, there are four factors that affect the airflow in the clean room. A clean room (simple dust-free room) is a type of air purification equipment that can provide a locally high cleanliness environment for the fastest and most convenient establishment of a simple clean room.
