1. Control device: The main controller adopts the Korean imported "TEMI8226" dual circuit high-precision LCD display touch button temperature controller, programmable microcomputer PID control SSR output operation, large LCD color touch screen image, simple screen operation, and easy program editing;

4. Refrigeration system and compressor: In order to ensure the cooling rate and minimum temperature requirements of the test chamber, this test chamber adopts a binary cascade air-cooled refrigeration system composed of an imported German semi closed compressor. The cascade refrigeration system consists of a high-temperature refrigeration cycle and a low-temperature refrigeration cycle, with the connecting container being an evaporative condenser. The evaporative condenser also plays a role in energy transfer, transferring the thermal energy inside the working chamber through a two-stage refrigeration system to achieve the goal of high temperature. The design of refrigeration systems applies energy regulation technology, which is an effective processing method that can ensure the normal operation of refrigeration units while effectively adjusting the energy consumption and cooling capacity of the refrigeration system, reducing the operating costs and failure rates of the refrigeration system to a more economical state;
5. Air conditioning method: Forced ventilation internal balance temperature control method (BTC). This method refers to the control system controlling the output of the heater based on the set temperature point through PID automatic calculation output under continuous operation of the refrigeration system, ultimately achieving a dynamic balance.
Summary: In temperature shock testing, the most crucial thing is to establish the stress caused by the inconsistent thermal expansion and contraction of different materials. The actual thermal shock is most likely to occur on the outside of the tested product. Relevant data indicates that it is not necessary to achieve temperature stability throughout the entire product, but as long as the temperature on the surface of the tested product is consistent with the test temperature. Although this opinion has some merit, it is also difficult to implement because it is impossible to install many sensors on the surface of the product. In addition, the heat transfer capacity of different parts of the product is inconsistent, and the heat capacity of adjacent components inside the tested product is also inconsistent, making it difficult to determine.
