Product Introduction The UGS series colored quartz glass level gauge is an on-site display level gauge manufactured by Chengfeng Instrument using high-purity quartz tubes. This instrument has clear display, good sealing performance, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, anti viscosity, long service life, easy flushing and maintenance, and is widely used for liquid level detection and indication of various containers and boilers in industries such as industry, chemical, power, metallurgy, etc.
UGS-A standard type: suitable for transparent or semi transparent media. The instrument display has no blind spots.
UGS-B/E ordinary type: suitable for transparent or semi transparent media. But the instrument display has blind spots.
UGS-C anti-corrosion type: suitable for acidic, alkaline liquids and organic solvents such as hydrochloric acid, but not suitable for measuring concentrated nitric acid, chromic acid mixtures, chlorine containing solvents, aliphatic, aromatic hydrocarbons and other media.
UGS-D anti-corrosion type: suitable for liquid level measurement in corrosive media and high operating temperatures. Due to the use of stainless steel lined PTFE tees and straight pipes, it has high reliability. But the disadvantage is that there are measurement blind spots above and below. Structural principle: The UGS series colored quartz glass level gauge is connected to the container through upper and lower flanges to form a connector, which allows direct observation of the actual height of the medium level inside the container. This product adopts the optical principle of natural light refraction in the liquid. During measurement, the liquid phase displays green and the gas phase displays red, due to the large contrast between the liquid and gas phases. So the instructions are clear and distinct.
The UGS-A level gauge body and valve are connected by a bent pipe, which can effectively eliminate the stress caused by installation and thermal expansion and contraction, and adjust the installation size error, making installation and use convenient. The upper and lower valves are equipped with safety steel balls. In the event of accidental damage to the glass, the steel balls will automatically seal under the pressure inside the container, preventing liquid from overflowing from the container.
The UGS-B series ordinary colored quartz glass level gauge does not come with a safety check valve. The product series with a safety check valve is.
The UGS-C level gauge is lined with PP in valve and other connecting components, which can be applied to most corrosive media.
The UGS-D level gauge adopts a combination of PTFE lined tees and straight pipes, which is suitable for the vast majority of corrosive media. Technical Specifications:
