Combustion tester

Basic Introduction:

1. The vertical combustion test for a single wire and cable is GB/T18380.11-2008, GB/T18380.12-2008, and GB/T18380.21-2008,The safety test items for simulating the combustion performance of single wire and cable specified in standards such as GB/T18380.22-2008, IEC60332-1, GB/T5169.14-2007, etc.

2. The vertical combustion test of a single wire and cable is conducted by using a Bunsen burner of a specified size and a specific gas source (propane) to ignite the specimen in a vertical state at a certain flame height and angle. The combustibility and ignition hazard of the specimen are evaluated based on the duration and length of ignition and combustion.
3. The HT9655 single wire and cable vertical combustion tester is mainly used to evaluate the combustibility of single wire and cable with a conductor diameter greater than 8mm (cross-sectional area greater than 0.5mm2) or less than 8mm (cross-sectional area less than 0.5mm2). Suitable for research, production, and quality inspection departments of electrical and electronic products and their component parts, such as lighting equipment, low-voltage appliances, household appliances, machine tool appliances, motors, power tools, electronic instruments, electrical instruments, electrical connectors, and accessories.
