Hot compression test device

Basic Introduction:

This device is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GB2099.1-2008 and IEC60884-1:2006, Article 25.4 (Figure 38). Mainly used to assess the heat and voltage resistance performance of electrical accessories under heating conditions. The device consists of two steel clamps, each with a cylindrical surface with a radius of R25mm. In a certain testing environment (usually at a high temperature of 80 ℃± 2 ℃), a load of 20N should be applied to the tested object through the clamping block above. The sample should not show any damage in the standard sense after applying pressure for 1 hour.
