II Structure Overview
The compensating micro pressure gauge system consists of a fine-tuning part, a leveling observation part, a reflector part, and a housing part.
1. Fine tuning section——Engraved by200The evenly divided fine adjustment disc is fixed on the long screw, and when the long screw moves, the water receiver moves up or down. The static pressure of the water receiver is adjustable, and the nozzle is equipped with an indicator block. The indicator block moves between the dial and the letter board to indicate the displacement height of the water receiver.
2. Leveling observation section——A water level head is installed inside the observation cylinder to observe the changes in the liquid level inside the cylinder after being subjected to pressure by the dynamic pressure tube.
3. The reflector part is fixed on the mirror shell by a reflector, which reflects the contact between the water level head inside the observation cylinder and the liquid surface, so that the tip of the water level head is connected to the shadow tip of its reflection. The reading adjustment of the micro pressure gauge is made“base point”.
4. Shell part——The long screw is supported by the shell and cross arm, and there are level bubbles and adjustment screws on the shell rod to adjust the verticality of the screw and dynamic pressure tube of the micro pressure gauge.
